Close.com CRM Roezan SMS Integration

Last updated on 19 Mar, 2026

With our Close.com SMS Integration, your Roezan SMS activity will sync to Close.com, that way you can see all historical communications with the contact.

Note: Want to send SMS via Roezan while using Close.com? Try out our Roezan Chrome Extension

Connecting Roezan With Close CRM

Connecting is easy

Step 1: Find Close In Roezan Integrations

Go to Roezan > Integrations > Close

Step 2: Connect with OAuth or API

Make sure you're signed into Close.com in your browser BEFORE connecting. (Otherwise you may hit an error).

Note On Close.com Labeling of The Roezan Number:

Close.com will label the Roezan phone number with whatever name the connected account has, which may be confusing.

The workaround:

You can simply create a new close.com user called "Roezan SMS" and then use that to connect, that way your Roezan phone number is always labeled in conversations correctly.

OAuth: You can just login with your Close.com credentials.

API: You can create a Close API key in your Close > Settings > Connect > Developer > API Key

Step 3: Setup Your Sync Settings In Roezan

The last step is to set your Close sync settings in Roezan.

We suggest turning on "Sync SMS Activity To Close"

Using The Roezan Chrome Extension With Close

Since the Close.com integrations are limited, you currently can't send Roezan SMS inside of the Close app. (Close doesn't have a way for us to allow this currently)

The integration pushes in SMS activity from Roezan (broadcasts, inbound messages, automations etc) so you have a record of historical activity, however close doesn't allow you to send messages from Roezan.

So an easy workaround is to use the Roezan Chrome Extension to scrape the page and send SMS.
