Here is a simple sequence you can set up to get the engagement ball rolling.

You can use Roezan automatons to achieve this, with a "stop on reply" feature turned on.

Message 1: Intro and Initial Engagement

The point of this message is to:

  • Introduce yourself
  • Confirm they opted in
  • But mostly to get them to simply respond

You don't want to make an open ended question they have to think about to answer, you want it to be a 1 word answer to get the ball rolling

Hi [First Name], this is [Your Name] from [Your Company]. Thanks for your interest in [Product/Service]. Are you looking to [solve a specific problem]?

Reply stop to stop

*In the "thanks for your interest" sentence you can replace it with reminding them how they opted in. "Thanks for purchasing X product" or "I saw you opted-in to our guide X".

Alternative:

Hi [First Name], this is [Your Name] from [Your Company]. I saw you opted in to [X]? Is this firstname? Just wanted to make sure I have the right number?

Reply stop to stop

Message 2: Value Proposition

This is a great time to reiterate the value you bring. You can focus on the pain they are avoiding, the benefit of taking action or both.

Hi [First Name], it's [Your Name] again from [Your Company]. Just wanted to share that our [Product/Service] has helped many like you to [achieve specific result]. Can we schedule a quick call to discuss how it can benefit you too?

Message 3: Addressing Potential Objections

Your potential customers have something holding them back, a doubt, a fear, a false belief. Give them a chance to express what that is and address it.

Hi [First Name], [Your Name] here. I understand you might have concerns about [common objection]. Many of our clients felt the same way initially but found [benefit] after using our [Product/Service]. Can we talk more about this?

Message 4: Social Proof and Urgency

Here you're sharing a bit of social proof to make them see that you're helping people just like them.

We're also including some urgency to give them a reason to respond and act now.

Hi [First Name], did you know that [specific number] of businesses have improved their [specific metric] with our [Product/Service]? We have a special offer this week, can we discuss how you can take advantage of it?

Message 5: Final Attempt and Call to Action

Here's we're once again pushing to respond.

Hi [First Name], I don't want you to miss out on the opportunity to [specific benefit]. Let’s find a time that works for you to explore this further. How about a quick chat tomorrow?
