What are Tags?

In Roezan you can apply tags to users to help with segmenting.

You can think of tags as attributes applied to the prospects in your account.

Example ways to use tags:

When a user downloads a specific lead magnet from you

• When a user makes a specific purchase

• When a user self-identifies an interest

• When you go to send broadcasts, for example, you can send to the specified tag group

Where are tags located?

You can manage tags by visiting "Tags" in the left side of the menu.
