What are Tags?
In Roezan you can apply tags to users to help with segmenting.
You can think of tags as attributes applied to the prospects in your account.
You can find Tags in Roezan > Tags
Example ways to use tags:
When a user makes a specific purchase
When a user downloads a specific lead magnet from you
When a user self-identifies an interest
When you go to send broadcasts, for example, you can send to the specified tag group
Where are tags located?
You can manage tags by visiting "Tags" in the left side of the menu.
